A charity bib is a $3,000 to $10,000 pledge, and the things that decide whether you'll make it are not published where you choose. I wrote three PRDs in two days, killed two with a pre-registered criterion, then built a site that reads all 655 official charities' pages, quotes them, and turns three questions into a shortlist. 20,000 pageviews in its first 16 days.

Can a first-time creator get from a blank Baseplate to a game a friend plays, in one sitting? A timed friction log with screenshots, 33 coded DevForum threads and a competitive teardown, leading to a PRD, mockups and an experiment plan for a publish flow that ends with a link a friend can open.

A preregistered 40-episode study of when AI agents skip a safety check. Hand-labeled 35 transcripts and found that checkable evidence, not authority, drove every observed skip. Code and writeup are open.
